Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • cup buttermilk
  • cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ teaspoon fresh garlic minced

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl Medium Size
  • Whisk
  • Measuring spoons
  • Blender
  • Cup
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method

  1. Grab a medium bowl and toss in all the dry spices – parsley, dill, salt, sugar, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Stir these together well to make sure the flavors mix evenly.
  2. Now, add the creamy ingredients: 1 Cup of mayonnaise and ⅓ Cup of sour cream. These will make the sauce rich and smooth. Use a whisk to stir everything together, ensuring that the spices are well combined with the mayonnaise and sour cream. The mixture will begin to resemble a thick, creamy sauce.
  3. Add 1 Cup of diced bell peppers, ⅓ Cup of chopped cilantro, and ½ tsp of minced garlic. The bell peppers provide a nice crunch, while the cilantro adds a fresh, herb flavor. Stir until the vegetables are evenly distributed, creating a vibrant and colorful sauce.
  4. Next, pour in ⅓ Cup of buttermilk and stir until well combined. This adds a tangy kick to the sauce but be careful not to make it too runny.
  5. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Drizzle it on wings or burgers. This sauce is so good you will want to put it on everything!
